No matter what brand or the power of your generator, our technicians are qualified to perform its maintenance. Moreover, our technicians receive ongoing training enabling them to master the performance of the most recent models on the market. In result: we react with agility and efficiency.

GROUPE ROGER FAGUY offers preventative maintenance contracts. This allows a customer to benefit from a preferred hourly rate and priority on customer service calls. Our service contracts are adapted to each of our clients needs. For example, residential generators only require one or two visits a year, where a computer data center or hospital may require up to one visit per week.

Here are some of the services we offer:

• A general 55 point visual inspections of your generator
• A complete maintenance, including oil and filter change
• A no load test and a test with building load
• A two hour charge resistant tests to verify performance and conformity with the C282-09 Canadian Standard Association (CSA) standards
• An analysis of samples taken
• A complete written report on the work completed.

No matter how many visits you opt for in your contract, we pledge our responsibility in providing the same care in maintaining your equipment.
