DUTIES • Proceed with the opening, closing and invoicing of work orders • Participate in the planning of work load and schedules • Prepare quotations, purchase orders, parts requisitions and other material resources • Answer calls from customers and Parts & Service Sales Representatives • Support the foreman and representatives in admistrative duties QUALIFICATIONS • Secondary School Vocational Diploma (DEP) or College Diploma in a mechanical field combined with 2 to 5 years mechanical experience in a sales or customer service environment • Written and spoken communication skills in both languages • Knowledge of MS Office 2007 • Organizational, planning and follow-up skills • Analytical and judgement skills • Ability to work under pressure
